Get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities. Your request will be handled by one of our dedicated experts in both product knowledge and design. To get started efficiently, they’ll need:
- The teamwear items you’re interested in
- The colors and sizing breakdown
- Your designs, preferably in vector format (.AI, .PDF, .EPS)
- Your desired deadline
Our in-house graphic designer will review your design and advise on the most suitable decoration techniques (such as embroidery, screen printing, or sublimation) for the best visual and functional result.
approving the order
We will guide you to the best options for your teamwear. You'll receive:
- A free, no-obligation quote
- A free digital sample (simulation) of your design
This simulation reflects what your final product will look like. Please check it carefully — especially the colors, dimensions, and design placement.
Once you approve the digital example and quote, we’ll send your invoice. Your order officially begins after we receive your confirmation.
receiving the payment
Your project is scheduled for production as soon as 60% payment is received.
- The production manager is briefed with all technical specifications
- The graphic designer prepares the print-ready files and templates
- You’ll be introduced to your dedicated order coordinator, who’ll follow up throughout the process and be available to answer any questions

Once your payment is confirmed, our production manager immediately proceeds with ordering all required teamwear items, materials, and components. This includes fabrics, trims, labels, and any custom elements specific to your order. Prompt payment allows us to secure stock availability without delays and ensures that your production schedule stays on track. By acting quickly, we maintain smooth workflow, meet deadlines efficiently, and deliver your order within the committed timeframe.
production labels and patches
Want to give your products a premium and professional finish? You can enhance your gear with fully customized labels or high-quality embroidered patches that reflect your brand identity. From woven neck labels to detailed logo patches, we ensure every element represents your brand with precision and style. Production of labels and patches begins immediately alongside your main product order to maintain workflow efficiency. Please note that adding custom branding elements may extend the overall production timeline by approximately 5 working days, ensuring perfect detailing and superior finishing.
decoration techniques
Our skilled production team applies your design using the most suitable method for your teamwear, such as:
- Screen Printing
- Digital Printing
- Embroidery
- Applique badges
- DTF (direct to film)
- Vinyl sticker
These are executed with care and expertise, based on the approved digital simulation. That’s why it’s so important to double-check your preview before confirming.
Sewing Labels and Patches
If you have selected custom labels, embroidered patches, or additional embellishments such as pockets, sequins, or other design elements, they will be carefully integrated during this stage of production. Our skilled team ensures that each detail is sewn and positioned with precision, consistency, and attention to craftsmanship. This phase is essential for achieving a clean, professional finish while maintaining the overall quality and durability of the final product. Every added element is securely attached to ensure long-lasting performance and a refined branded appearance.
Quality Control
We’re obsessed with quality — and we don’t compromise. Our quality control department checks:
- Accuracy of the product vs. the digital sample (colors, sizes, placements)
- Decoration quality through durability tests (e.g. wash resistance, print quality, textile behavior)
Only when your order meets our strict standards does the production manager give the green light to proceed to packaging.
Packaging Your Teamwear
Your finished teamwear is neatly folded and packed by product and size, ensuring everything arrives in top condition. We can also individually polybag each item with size stickers upon request.
Packaging is done using sturdy boxes to protect your order during transit.
Shipping
Our logistics team takes care of everything:
- A final check ensures the order is complete
- A delivery note and washing instructions card are added
- You’ll receive an email with a track & trace code once your order is shipped
